Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

Pursuant to Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights and the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005), you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days from delivery without providing any justification, provided that the item is in the same condition in which you received it: unused, undamaged, with original tags and in the original packaging.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract within 14 days starting:

  • from the date you received the goods, in the case of an order relating to a single item;
  • from the date you received the last item in the case of multiple goods ordered through a single order but delivered separately.

Procedure for Exercising Withdrawal and Returning the Product

You may exercise the right of withdrawal by accessing your order through the link included in the order confirmation e-mail or from your Reserved Area, if you registered during the order creation process, in the “Orders” section, or by sending a written communication via e-mail (shop@elite-it.com) or PEC.
Select the order for which you wish to request a return, fill out the form with the required information, and click on “Request return”. Once the procedure is complete, you will receive an e-mail confirming that the request has been sent.
After reviewing your request, we will send you, if accepted, a Return Approval e-mail containing the instructions for returning the item.

If accepted, you must ship the item within 14 days from the date of receipt of the Return Approval e-mail.
Compliance with the deadline will be verified through the shipment tracking, which must confirm delivery to the courier within the required 14 days.
Items returned without prior formal return request or shipped after the indicated terms cannot be properly processed and will not be accepted.

Items must be returned in the same condition as received: unused, undamaged, complete with original tags and in the original packaging.
We recommend keeping the shipping receipt until you receive our confirmation of receipt of the return and issuance of the refund.
Upon receipt of the package, we will proceed with the verification and inspection of the returned item.

You may choose one of the following return methods:

Return mode

Return via partnered courier DHL Express (recommended method)

Together with the Return Approval confirmation, we will send you a link containing the shipping label to be used for the item’s return, which you can print and use according to the provided instructions.
The shipping service cost will be charged to you and deducted from the refund amount, according to the rates specified below:

  • Italy € 8.50
  • EU € 17.50

You can drop off the package at the nearest DHL Express ServicePoint.

Return mode

Return with self-managed shipment at the customer’s expense

Alternatively, you may independently arrange the shipment of the return using a courier of your choice. In this case, the shipping costs will be entirely at your expense.
The return must be sent carriage paid (i.e., without any shipping costs charged to us).
Important note: for products valued above € 50.00, the return must be shipped as insured parcel to guarantee its safety during transport.
Inside the package, you must include a copy of the order and the return authorization received via e-mail.

Refund

If the inspection yields a positive outcome, we will proceed with refunding the amount paid for the purchase.
The refund amount will be calculated based on the chosen return method:

  • Return via our partnered courier DHL Express: the return shipping fees will be deducted from the refund amount, according to the rates specified in point 2.1;
  • Self-managed shipment at the customer’s expense: no additional deductions will apply beyond the shipping costs already incurred by the customer.

Please note that if the returned product is found to be damaged, improperly used, or not compliant with the return conditions indicated above, deductions may be applied to the refund amount, proportional to the reduction in the value of the goods.

The refund will be processed using the same payment method used for the purchase, within 14 days from receipt of the product.

In the case of partial withdrawal from multiple-item orders, the amount of delivery costs to be refunded to you will be calculated proportionally to the value of the item subject to withdrawal.
The refund may be visible in your bank account or credit card within 10 business days from the refund authorization date, depending on the processing times of the bank or card issuer.
However, please note that we may withhold the refund until the goods have been received or until you have provided proof of shipment of the return (Art. 56, paragraph 3 of the Consumer Code).
We also inform you that pursuant to Art. 57 of the Consumer Code, the Consumer is responsible for any decrease in the value of the goods resulting from handling the goods other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods. If the item for which the withdrawal was exercised has suffered a reduction in value resulting from handling other than what is necessary, the Seller reserves the right to deduct from the refund an amount corresponding to such reduction in value. The Seller will notify the Consumer of this circumstance and of the reduced refund amount within fifteen (15) days from receipt of the goods, providing, if the refund has already been issued, the bank details for payment of the amount owed by the user due to the decreased value of the goods.

Nonreturnable items

Returns will not be accepted for products listed in Article 59 of the Consumer Code, including:

  • sealed products for hygiene reasons that have been opened after delivery; 
  • customized or madetoorder products based on your specific requests;
  • goods that, after delivery, become inseparably mixed with other items due to their nature;
  • software downloads and digital content after the download has begun;
  • services already provided.

All other items, including sale items, are returnable in accordance with the return conditions described above.

Withdrawal for NON-EU consumers

For consumers residing in non-EU countries, if permitted by local legislation, the right of withdrawal may be exercised within 14 days from receipt of the product.
However, in some nonEU countries, legislation may differ, and a longer or shorter withdrawal period may apply, or in some cases the right of withdrawal may not exist at all; therefore, we invite you to verify the applicable regulations in your country of residence.
If the country of residence does not provide a right of withdrawal or establishes procedures different from those described here, the commercial withdrawal conditions of our shop will nonetheless apply (within 14 days from receipt of the item), with return and refund rules as per points 2, 3, and 4 of these conditions, without prejudice to applicable local regulations (for example, taxes or customs duties may not be refundable).
