UAE Team ADQ

UAE Team ADQ is a professional women’s cycling team competing in the UCI Women’s WorldTour, based in the United Arab Emirates. Established in 2022 as the female counterpart to UAE Team Emirates, the team represents an ambitious project that combines sporting excellence, women’s empowerment, and a global vision.

 

With a roster of 16 riders from 11 different nationalities, including standout names like Elisa Longo Borghini, Silvia Persico and Karlijn Swinkels, UAE Team ADQ is known for its competitiveness in stage races, classics, and one-day events. The team has achieved notable results in races such as the Tour de France Femmes, Vuelta a España, Trofeo Alfredo Binda, and GP Morbihan, showcasing steady growth and a strong presence on the international scene.

 

The team is supported by ADQ, an Emirati holding company that promotes sustainable development and inclusion through sport. In addition to its WorldTour squad, UAE Team ADQ also manages the UAE Development Team, focused on nurturing young cycling talent and building an integrated, future-oriented ecosystem.
