Valid on all models of Justo 2, Avanti and Rivo purchased between 01.06.2026 and 31.12.2028.
How to claim the additional commercial warranty
- Register your trainer at redeem.elite-it.com within 3 commercial months, equal to 90 days from the purchase date.
- Attach proof of purchase: receipt or invoice.
- Keep your proof of purchase and the registration confirmation email. You'll need them if your claim needs to be verified.
- It takes less time than a warm-up.

How many extra years
It depends on your country of purchase. Across most of Europe, the legal guarantee of conformity lasts 2 years: the extension adds another 2.
Where national law provides for 3 years, the extension adds 1. Either way, total coverage never exceeds 4 years from the purchase date.
The trainers covered
Justo 2, in every version: with cassette, with Zwift Cog and Click, Yellow Ltd Edition;
Avanti, standard and with Zwift Cog and Click;
Rivo, standard and with Zwift Cog and Click.
What to know
- The additional commercial warranty is voluntary and free. It adds to the legal guarantee of conformity, it doesn't replace it: your statutory rights remain fully unaffected.
- Valid on products sold between 01.06.2026 and 31.12.2028.
- Registering your request doesn't automatically grant the extension, which remains subject to verification of your documentation and eligibility.
- Elite Certified Refurbished products are excluded, covered instead by 1 year of warranty from the purchase date.
- Coverage applies to manufacturing or material defects, with repair or replacement at Elite's discretion. Consumable parts, normal wear and damage from improper use are excluded; unauthorised parts or repairs void the coverage.
- From 27 September 2026, under Implementing Regulation (EU) 2025/1960, every product carries two separate, cumulative protections: the legal guarantee, referenced by the harmonised notice, and any commercial guarantee, such as ours of up to 4 years, identified by the harmonised label dedicated to the Justo 2, Avanti and Rivo. models.
