Flex Feet Red (pair)

Red Flex Feet are a set of high-performance trainer feet designed to replicate your bike’s natural side-to-side motion during indoor riding.

Compatible with Avanti and Avanti with Zwift Cog and Click, they enable these trainers to achieve up to 7° of lateral micro-sway for a more realistic on-bike feel and more effective muscle activation.

    With Red Flex Feet you get 7° of lateral oscillation versus the 4.5° of the standard black feet supplied with Avanti and Avanti with Zwift Cog and Click.

    Biomechanical tests run by Elite on athletes with different rider morphologies showed that this extra motion makes pedalling feel more natural and fluid, reducing the typical stiffness of indoor training. The result is increased activation of the main muscle groups—especially quads, glutes, back and shoulders—for a more realistic pedal stroke and higher, more consistent efficiency that transfers outdoors.

    COMPATIBLE WTIH ALL ROAD AND MTB BIKES

    Swapping the black feet on your Avanti (or Avanti with Cog and Click) for the Red Flex Feet is quick and easy: simply unscrew the originals and screw the new ones in—no special tools needed. Red Flex Feet use the same threading as the black feet, ensuring perfect compatibility and a secure fit.

    Once installed, the trainer’s lateral swing range increases from 4.5° to 7°, engaging the lateral sway system to deliver a more realistic, engaging ride feel.

    COMPLATIBLE TRAINERS

    Red Flex Feet are compatible with Avanti and Avanti with Zwift Cog and Click, giving these models the same enhanced lateral-sway system that comes standard on Justo 2.

    Thanks to the standard threaded design, they screw straight in place of the pre-installed black feet—no adapters or extra tools required. They are not compatible with other Elite models that do not accept Flex Feet.
