With My E-Training, you can create workouts structured around power or levels, perform Training Test to calibrate your values and generate monthly training programs, cycle on Real Video and My RealVideo with resistance that adapts to the route, or simulate routes on a map (even those recorded by you via GPS) to prepare for real races and climbs.

Training programs

With My E-Training, creating training programs is simple and immediate. Set your goals, define intensity and duration, and the app guides you through structured sessions that are customizable and designed to improve your performance on the bike.

You can work with levels, FTP, power, gradient, time, or distance, combining them as you prefer to replicate the feel of the road and train effectively for any goal.

Available modes include:

Everything is accessible on both Desktop and Mobile, so you can plan, manage, and follow your workouts whenever and wherever you want.

Turn any map into a workout.

With Maps Courses you can create custom routes anywhere in the world using Google Maps and pedal with the same resistance you’d feel on the road.

Choose from map, satellite, or terrain views and, during the ride, see the route line, your position, and real-time route data.

Draw routes through your favorite places and ride them indoors as if you were really there.

FTP and FTP Test

Training with a power meter or with a smart trainer equipped with integrated sensors gives you access to scientific, precise, and reliable data to build your training on. FTP (Functional Threshold Power) is the maximum power, expressed in watts, that a cyclist can sustain for one hour, and it’s now the most objective benchmark for planning targeted sessions.

With My E-Training you can run an FTP test directly to determine your threshold and generate a personalized, progressive training plan. Each session is structured to gradually raise your threshold power, turning data into tangible gains. 

Lots of Real Videos

With Elite RealVideos you can train on the most beautiful routes and relive the most iconic courses in world cycling, right from your smart trainer or rollers. The routes are available free of charge to all My E-Training subscribers: just find them in the app, download the one you prefer, and ride it again whenever you want.

Over 50 video rides are ready to turn every indoor session into an immersive, realistic, and motivating experience, with resistance and gradients that faithfully follow the course. Among them: the 2020 UCI Road World Championships, the 2022 Veneto Classic split into four segments of roughly 50 km, the Amstel Gold Race, Alpe d’Huez, L’Eroica in Gaiole in Chianti, the Granfondo Nove Colli, and many more.

Train on MyRealVideos

With MyRealVideo, every ride can become a tailored indoor workout. Record your route with GPS, upload it to the app, and your smart trainer will faithfully reproduce the gradients and elevation profile.

It’s the most realistic way to prepare for a race on a specific course, retrace your favorite roads, or relive an iconic climb without leaving home.

Beyond your own routes, you can also ride videos uploaded by other cyclists, discovering iconic climbs, far-flung itineraries, or new routes recommended by the community.

Training Test

With the Training Test you turn your data into a tailored training plan.

The app walks you through a ramp test to measure your capabilities and automatically builds a 4-week program calibrated to your level. Each session adapts to your power values, so you’re always working at the right intensity to improve in a targeted, effective way.

Pedaling Analysis

Pedaling Analysis is My E-Training’s advanced feature that shows you—in real time—how you distribute power across the entire pedal stroke.

Thanks to the OTS (Optical Torque Sensor) power sensor built into Elite’s high-end smart trainers, it captures hundreds of data points for every stroke and turns them into clear charts on smoothness, coordination, and left/right balance. That way you can spot weaknesses, correct imbalances, and turn every watt into speed and efficiency.
