 HEADOFFICE
Years 1890-92 The construction of a furnace called dei Serciari
in via Fornaci, Fontaniva, now restored and at Elite's
headquarters, is documented.

Effectively a challange it was, complicated and articulated,
that through various stages (firstly an accurate historical
research was done followed by a detailed project process, and
finalised with numerous restoration operations which were made
and conducted by highly qualified craftsman) brought the two
furnaces, left for many years abbonded to the mercy of time,
back to it's original dignity when it gave hospitality to the
work of man.

 2000
Eight years after work began, the challenging job of restoration
and restructuring of the complex is concluded. The Fornaci
Serciari have returned to a new life.
We ELITE
We operate in this environment rich in suggestions and
equilibrium. The originality of the places can become
a stimulus for thought and projecting. We are an open
and flexible structure with no hierarchical rigidity.
Good ideas can come from anyone. The importance is to
know how to use and evaluate them. Computers, printers,
plotters switched on, work like all machines in the world
and therefore can neither hear nor appreciate the qualities
of such a rare environment. Instead, people can allow
themselves to become infected. To work in a beautiful
place is to work better. |
